While we display prices in multiple currencies for your convenience, all transactions are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Exchange rates may vary at the time of payment.

We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made jewelry and specially ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
